There was a spike around the first week of August, which turns out to be part of Operation Quick Strike in western Iraq.  A number of Marine Reservists from Ohio were killed during that week. That doesn't seem quite right.  There must be a fair amount of military traffic, and there are not very many military land vehicles that can operate at that rate.
